Summer Session will give new works a chance

Good news for composers: The Philharmonia Orchestra is setting up their first Composer Resource session. They have assembled an ensemble consisting of Flute, Clarinet, Violin 1 and 2, Viola and Cello and are eagerly awaiting scores for pieces conceived especially for this combination. Ten selected pieces will then be played in an online event taking place on July 6th, from 11:00 until 14:00 CET. Just print a copy of your work and send it to:

Closing date for entry if June 10th, so with little time left, the entries should not be devoid of spontaneity. And with a second session already being planned, this event looks like it's here to stay.
