Arthur Rubinstein: The Original Jacket Collection documents love for Chopin

Glenn Gould is no longer the only Pianist to posthumously pride himself of a monumental collector's edition. Sony BMG Masterworks have now announced the release of Arthur Rubinstein's very own luxurious box set. On 10 CD's, „The Original Jacket Collection“ collects every single note of Chopin Rubinstein has ever recorded for the RCA Red Seal label over the course of his illustrous career. Thanks to the epic volume of „The Original Jacket Collection“, this may coincidentally also come close to every note the Polish composer has ever scored (with the exception of his orchestral works). As was the case with Glenn Gould's „Jacket Collection“, all albums will be carefully presented in the design of the succesful Vinyl editions, with all track lists identical to the originals. Naturally, this is where the retro-trend ends, as the music has been digitally remastered for optimal audio quality.
