Now her time as the Prince of Wales' official Harpist is officially over
(a tradition she restored after a remarkably long period of silence),
Catrin Finch has now found a new field of interest: As of now, she is
Ambassador for Cancer Research UK. Her interest was sparked at a
Charity Gig in her own town and after learning about the work of the
foundation, she has decided to engage herself in raising its profile.
This will mean playing at various occasions and is set to be a longterm
relationship.
In other news, there are apparently still tickets to be had for her concert at the Easter Classic Concert at the Celtic Manor Hotel, Newport, Wales, in association with Classic FM. Other artists will include Aled Jones and pianist Freddie Kempf, so if you should happen to be in Newport at that time, you are in for an exciting evening.
