ru Don't forget Lera!

Russian composer/pianist is prominently featured in Andersen-festival

We just wanted to make sure you don't forget: To celebrate Hans Christian Andersen's 200th birthday, the Royal Danish Ballet has commsissioned a work by Hindemith-prize winner Lera Auerbach. This will mark Leras second co-operation with choreographer John Neumeier, whom the theater calls "one of the greatest contemporary storytellers of dance". The story told being "The little mermaid". In case you forgot what that was all about, go here. If you are interested in seeing this piece live, go here (that's in Copenhagen, by the way). And if you're just curious to find out who Lera is in the first place, go here.
