A big night

If you're unfamiliar with German celebrities, you might be tempted to ask: Who is this slightly strange looking guy with this "somewhat" untrendy hair cut? This guy, to answer you question, is Götz Alsmann and he is the living proof that we are looking for content at mouvement nouveau, not just pretty faces. Mr. Alsmann will be presenting a show called Eine große Nachtmusik (A big Night-Music) and we could easily have chosen a picture by one of his beautiful guests: Angela Gheorghiu, Rolando Villazon, Fazil Say or Janine Jansen, but no! We even decided against Pop Stars Katie Melua and fromer German Soap Actor Yvonne Catterfeld. And all of this just to draw your attention to the fact that this show is attempting the impossible as it seems: To combine Pop and Classical music, have guests talk about both at the same time, in a relaxed fashion and without being bland. We'll let you know, how things turn out, after the show has been broadcasted on Germany Two on May 13th at 22:15. But one thing's for sure: If there's one guy, who could succede in this mission, it must be this man, who always seems lost in time: Götz Alsmann.
