Last Child of the Winter

Belgian's Vidna Obmana, a driving force in the Ambient/Experimental Music field for 30 years, has launched a new project calles Fear Falls Burning. While activitites under his own name rest (Vidna has only just released the first in a series of retrospectives as well as the final chapter of his applauded Dante-trilogy), Fear Falls Burning will hit the road this May, selling a full-length tour album and then prepare a Double-CD on the Ikon and Projekt-Labels at the end of August. As we are in possession of the tour album, we can tell you that visiting one of the upcoming concerts is more than worth it: Seductive isolationism, beautifully dreary landscapes, the last child of the winter setting foot in summer's bloom.
