Catherine's Commendation

Georgia-born Catherine Gordeladze, currently living in Frankfurt, has received a special award to honour her achievement as an oustanding piano player. The prize will be handed over by the Cultural Fund of the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation, whose aim is to support major talents in different disciplines. The ceremony will take place in Nürnberg on May 5th. This might well give a further push to Catherines German career, which has been just a little bit more tentative compared to her Georgian one, where she has already been featured extensively on TV and in the radio, alongside performances as a soloist at the Georgian Philharmony.
