Duo Hammel-Sanchez adds a few concerts

Get your pen and paper out, here's a few live dates you don't want to miss! Piano Duo Hammel-Sanchez, who have only recently released their second CD, "176 Keys to Europe", will embark on a tour through Italy at the end of July. There's a total of five dates and they are as follows:

  1. July 27th  San Martino Buon Albergo (Vr), Villa d'Acquarone: Liszt, Moskowski, Gershwin, Schubert, Nancarrow, Ravel
  2. July 28th  Verona, Chiostro del Conservatorio: Stravinskij, Moskowski, Liszt, Schubert, Nancarrow, Ravel
  3. July 29th Castion di Costermano (Lago di Garda), Villa Pellegrini Cipolla: Liszt, Moskowski, Gershwin, Schubert, Nancarrow, Ravel
  4. July 30th  Bertinoro Fattoria Paradiso, Emilia Romagna Festival: Liszt, Moskowski, Gershwin, Schubert, Nancarrow, Ravel
  5. July 31st  Imola, Imola Cortile di Palazzo Tozzoni, Emilia Romagna Festival: Stravinskij, Moskowski, Liszt, Schubert, Nancarrow, Ravel

The reason why we're telling you this here and not over in the concert section is that not all of these concerts will be open to the public - but Elena can likely put you on the list, if you're interested. To ask her, use the contact form on their homepage!

Also, the duo has let it be known that they will be changing their name in the near future. Now what could be the reason for that? Stay tuned to find out!
