Hayley Westenra, after selling two million copies of her debut album and heading an incredibly succesful World tour, has now decided to bring some of that live spirit to your very home. The tilte of her DVD "Live from New Zealand" leaves no questions as to what you can expect on this disc and sees Hayley perform with an orchestra in front of a video screen displaying, er, flying clouds. The program consists of some of her favourites ("Pokarekare Ana"), some of the apparently unavoidable ("Ave Maria", "Amazing Grace"), and some genuine surprises (A Joni Mitchell Cover and a tune by Kate Bush, "Wuthering Heights"). In addition to the live footage, the disc contains a thirty minute documentary, even though Hayleys homepage refuses to tell us what it will be about.
